Flow of re-visit procedures
〇Complete registration by the appointed time of doctor’s consultation
〇If you have your patient’s ID card, you can use the automatic re-visit registration machine but if you don’t, you need to complete registration at the reception desk for consultation.
〇If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff.

| Re-visit registration machine |  nsert your patient’s ID card into the automatic re-visit registration machine and choose a medical department and a doctor. Submit your patient’s ID card and reception sheet at the reception desk. Please submit all the documents such as a medicine notebook, a referral letter, forms to be filled in by a doctor before consultation at the reception desk. |
| Medical examinations | When laboratory tests are needed, you are asked to go through them before doctor’s consultation. |
| Doctor’s consultation | Please wait until your name is called. |
| Completion of consultation | In some cases, doctor’s consultation of another department, rehabilitation and hospitalization may be needed. If such an instruction is given by a doctor, please feel free to ask our staff, so a nurse will guide you to the place. |
| Payment counter |
When your name is called, please complete your payment at the payment counter.

| Pharmacy | Prescription drugs are prepared in an insurance dispensing pharmacy located outside of the hospital. Submit the prescription you have received from the hospital and receive your medicines. ※Medicines may be prepared in-house according to the direction of a doctor. |
